- Continue KYC verification by submitting phone number, confirm it and submitting identification document

- You’ll receive your 25$ bonus in CRO but you can do whatever you like with them.
My experience so far (using the card since January 2021)
I ordered my crypto.com card in January 2021 and it took quite some time until I received it, to be more precise I obtained it beginning of March 2021. Waiting times improved a lot in the meantime and you should receive your card within one month, depending on where you live. After testing the card with some small purchases I used my crypto.com card on a more regular basis and so far it never let me down. Below you can see my current Cashback amount after 3 weeks in use (Ruby card)
Personally i would recommend the Ruby Red Card to begin with. It takes minimum amount of CRO to be staked and you can start enjoying the benefits right away.
To unlock your reward point i would say, you have to apply for the Ruby red card at-least to enjoy the benefits and honestly i have no regrets of opting for this card. The cash-back rewards and the metal debit card is an eye catcher.

IMPORTANT:
- Cardholders who maintain their current CRO Card Stake will continue to enjoy the benefits associated with their card but will lose their benefits if the stake is unlocked.
- The new Card Staking Rates will apply should the cardholder (1) upgrade their card tier or (2) unstake and restake their CRO Card Stake at a later date.
- Cardholders who stake CRO for a card based on the new fiat-based rates will receive the exact amount of CRO back when they unstake. For example:
a. A user stakes 2500 CRO for a Ruby Card, when 1 CRO = USD $0.164316 ($400/$0.164316)
b. When that user unstakes, 2500 CRO will be returned to them, regardless of whether the price of CRO is higher or lower at the time of unstaking.
Purchase Rebates — Details
CRO Rewards are paid in CRO Token to your Wallet App. Transactions made under these merchant categories or channels are excluded from the CRO Rewards program: digital wallets, digital banking services, crypto exchanges, stored value products, money remittance services, security brokers/dealers, insurance sales, underwriting and premiums, tax payments, government services, financial institutions, POI funding transactions, quasi cash, money orders — wire transfers.
The CRO equivalent to the transaction amount will be deposited to the cardholder’s CRO Wallet, which will be reflected instantly with each eligible transaction.
The limit for the purchase rebates are as follow:
- Expedia: Up to 10% of each purchase with a US$50 limit per month
- Airbnb: Up to 10% of each purchase with a US$100 limit per month
- Spotify: Up to US$12.99 per month
- Netflix: Up to US$13.99 per month
- Amazon Prime: Up to US$12.99 per month rebate of the membership fee
Purchase rebates will be reimbursed to the USD equivalent. The rebate cap is reset on the first day of each month.
Card cashback will only be credited for the amount exceeding the maximum monthly purchase rebate.
Increased % back on Card Spending — Details
With an ongoing CRO stake, cardholders will receive the extra % back per card tier as follows:
Obsidian — 2% → 8%
Icy White/Frosted Rose Gold — 1.75% → 5%
Royal Indigo/Jade Green — 1.5% → 3%
Ruby Steel — 1% → 2%
For Midnight Blue, cardholders will receive 1%, CRO stake is not required.
In the event cardholders choose to unstake, they will still enjoy the existing cashback of up to 2%.
Founding Members — Purchase Rebates and % back Details
Founding Members, who will receive a numbered limited edition Obsidian card, will have the flexibility to select their desired CRO stake level to enjoy the new rewards based on the card tier (refer to the chart above).
For % back, in the event founding member stakes:
- 5,000,000 CRO Tokens — they will receive 8% back
- 500,000 CRO Tokens — they will receive 5% back
- 50,000 CRO Tokens — they will receive 3% back
- 5000 CRO Tokens — they will receive 2% back
- 0 CRO Tokens — they will receive 1% back
Founding Members will still receive the basic card % back of 2% for Obsidian cardholders in the event that they choose not to stake CRO.
On top of the 2% back, your card benefits (e.g. LoungeKey™ Access + 1 Guest, fee-free ATM withdrawal limits, and Interbank Exchange Rates) will not change.
